Hey fellow scanners! We've all been there - those moments when our trusty LiDAR decides to have a mind of its own. I'll start: Was scanning an old building with my Pocket last week, and my point cloud ended up looking like a Salvador Dali painting. Turns out a flock of pigeons decided to have a party right in front of the scanner. Anyone else got some funny fails to share?

Hilarious pigeon party fail! 😂 Here's mine: Scanning a cathedral with my Grip, ended up with a mysterious floating blob in the nave. Culprit? A tour group in bright yellow raincoats! Algorithm thought they were part of the building. Now I've got a "modern art installation" - "The Ascension of the Tourist." Anyone else accidentally create "art"? 🎨😅
When you end-up accidentally 3D scanning your friends when they are not suppose to be part of your digital twin project 😅 I only want to scan a clean data of the area!
Surveyors, hands down! We're out there braving the elements, fighting off wildlife, and dodging traffic. Mappers just sit in their cozy offices playing with computers all day. Plus, we have to deal with property line disputes - ever tried explaining to an angry homeowner why their fence is 2 inches over the line? It's like trying to reason with a honey badger!😪
